• BILONA CURD CHURNING METHOD: Fresh A2 milk is set to curd. The curd is then churned slowly in two directions by hand and this method is called as bilona. The A2 butter is separated and heated to make Auric A2 Desi Cow Ghee. Hence our Desi A2 Cow Ghee has perfect aroma and danedar texture.
